Puppy Love

This weekend we went to a baby shower for my cousin, Kristin, and Haddie was reacquainted with their dog, Eli. Sierra met him for the first time. They both had a lot of fun. I think if they were older, we would have had some requests for a puppy of our own. The first picture is from this summer with Haddie and the second is Sierra and Eli last weekend. Haddie chased Eli around the house and had a blast throwing his ball for him. Towards the end of the night, we even saw Eli chasing him around!
We spent the weekend in St. Louis with Grandma and Grandpa (my parents). The girls both slept most of the way home. Sierra had a few firsts this weekend including her first french fry at Red Robin. She made her daddy proud as she chowed down on one of his favorites. All in all a wonderful weekend.

Joining the Online Community

Hey! This is my first post and I am excited to join the online community and share exciting milestones with family and friends, near and far. Sierra and Haddie are just down for naps, so it is a good time for me to try to figure this out. Haddie and I went outside to play for just a little while this morning, despite the cold. We are both SOOO ready for warm weather. She is ready to get outside and run around. It was funny to see her pushing around her little mower in the snow :) This picture is of our family shortly before Christmas.
